Stock Investment & Trading Policy

Welcome to the Stock Investment module on mKhata (drcr.online). Please read these specific investment guidelines, market execution rules, and platform policies carefully before participating in any stock trading activities.

1. Platform Nature & Independent Ecosystem

Users acknowledge and agree that all stocks, securities, and trading activities available on mKhata (drcr.online) are exclusively hosted and simulated within this platform only. These digital stocks are completely internal to mKhata and have no connection, affiliation, or relation with any real-world stock exchanges (such as NSE, BSE), real market entities, or external corporations.

2. Regulatory Disclaimer (No SEBI or RBI Oversight)

mKhata (drcr.online) operates as an independent digital ledger and tool provider. This platform is not registered with, authorized by, or regulated by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), or any other financial regulatory authority. No financial instruments offered here constitute traditional equity shares, mutual funds, or regulated securities under Indian financial regulations.

3. Market Timing & Operating Hours

Stock trading activities are governed by internal platform operating hours (typically 09:15 AM to 03:30 PM) and scheduled holidays (such as Saturdays and Sundays). Orders placed outside active hours will automatically be registered with a PENDING status until market operations resume.

4. Order Execution: Buy vs. Sell Policy

  • Instant Buy Execution: When placing a BUY order, if the user's Stock Wallet has sufficient balance and the platform has available shares, the transaction executes immediately against available internal stock liquidity.
  • Queued Sell Execution: When placing a SELL order, transactions do not execute instantly. Instead, all sell requests are registered into the Market Queue (rs_stock_queue) with a PENDING status until matched and executed internally.
  • Holdings Availability: Users can only sell stocks up to their net available quantity. Shares locked under a pending sell request cannot be re-queued until processed or manually cancelled.

5. Order Cancellation & Database Control

Users have full control over their active unexecuted requests. You can view all pending orders under the "Pending Orders" tab and choose to cancel them at any time, which immediately removes the entry from the queue and restores full availability to your holdings.

6. Wallet Funding & Withdrawals

Funding your stock wallet is processed securely via integrated payment gateways (such as Razorpay). Converting your stock wallet balance back to bank or UPI payouts requires submitting a formal withdrawal request, subject to administrative verification, minimum limits, and standard processing timelines of up to 7 working days.

7. Risk & Liability Disclaimer

Participating in simulated stock trading involves internal capital fluctuations. mKhata (drcr.online) does not guarantee any financial returns or profits. Users participate entirely at their own discretion, risk, and understanding of this closed ecosystem.
